dc.description.abstract Mesozoic rocks of Sikhote Alin are well studied. However, they have been considered so far separately for the tectonically passive eastern margin of the Sino-Korean craton (hereafter, in the west) and for the active adjacent area of the Paleopacific, framing the craton from the east. Sedimentation in the west was not correlated with Mesozoic geodynamic events in the east. This statement is substantiated in the present paper.
