dc.description.abstract Technologies of cast-in-place piles have been considered. It has been shown that the cast-in-place piles are characterized by advantages in comparison with precast piles. Classification of the cast-in-place piles has been performed according to signs determining the load-carrying capacities of them. Method of evaluation of load-carrying capacities of the cast-in-place piles manufactured by means of pneumatic punches. The evaluation is differentiated according to strength characteristics of ground. The piles with compaction of ground around them and piles without compaction of ground around them are the main types of the piles. The former piles are characterized by high properties.
