It is discussed oil and gas ring endogenic structures: Transilvanskaya, Urengoiskaya and Apsheronskaya. They have numerous general structural features: appearance on the crossing of rifts, active mantle beneath them and asthenolith's intrusion, shortened "granite" and "basaltic" layers, large thickness of sedimentary covers, active geodynamics. The main channel of migration of deepseated hydrocarbon fluids is located beneath the central rise. The secondary channels envelope all ring structure. The most perspective are the central rises and outer zones.
