АНАЛИЗ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЯ НА ОСЛОЖНЕННЫЙ ФОНД СКВАЖИН В ООО "ЛУКОЙЛ-ПЕРМНЕФТЬ"

Abstract

Данная работа выполнена с целью оценки ситуации при работе скважин, осложненных асфальтеносмолопарафиновыми отложениями и высоковязкими эмульсиями, в связи с пересмотром концепции регламентных работ по ООО "ЛУКОЙЛ-ПЕРМНЕФТЬ". В 2000-2001 гг. произошел конструктивный переход от методов борьбы с асфальтеносмолопарафиновыми отложениями и высоковязкими эмульсиями к технологиям по предотвращению асфальтеносмолопарафиновых отложений и высоковязких эмульсий на глубинно-насосном оборудовании. В работе представлен сравнительный анализ применения традиционных методов борьбы с асфальтеносмолопарафиновыми отложениями и высоковязкими эмульсиями и технологий по предотвращению асфальтеносмолопарафиновых отложений на скважинах. Даны рекомендации по сокращению эксплуатационных затрат в результате нового подхода ООО "ЛУКОЙЛ-ПЕРМНЕФТЬ" к внедрению и применению технологий.

This work has been performed with the purpose of situation evaluation in downhole operation, which is complicated by asphaltengumparaffin accumulation and by emulsions of high viscosity, because of revision of regulation works conception of LLC "LUKOIL-PERMNEFT". In 2000-2001 it was a constructive march from methods of asphaltengumparaffin accumulation control and emulsion of high viscosity control to the technologies of their elimination on downhole pumping equipment. In this work it is shown the comparative analysis of experience of traditional methods of asphaltengumparaffin accumulation control and of emulsions of high viscosity and technologies of asphaltengumparaffin accumulation elimination in wells. In the result of a new approaching of LLC "LUKOIL-PERMNEFT" to the penetration and usage of those technologies, there have been done recommendations on reduction of operation expenses.
