dc.description.abstract New morphological types of sclerites of the tommotiid species Lapworthella fasciculata Conway Morris et Bengtson are described from the Lower Cambrian of South Australia. These sclerites are composed of five fused elements. Two possible reconstructions of the scleritome of Lapworthella fasciculata are discussed.
