Abstract:
Биохимические адаптации моллюсков рассматриваются как возможный механизм, контролирую-щий содержание магния в раковине. Одним из путей реализации связи магнезиальное™ скелетного вещества и температуры вод обитания может быть увеличение в условиях низких температур коли-чества ФДФазы (фруктозодифосфотазы) - важного фермента глюконеогенеза, который в то же время проявляет абсолютную зависимость от ионов магния. Рост на фоне низких температур коли-чества фермента обусловливает связывание большего количества магния. В теплые периоды, когда эффективность фермента выше, избыточный магний выводится в экстрапаллиальную жидкость и фиксируется в раковине. Признание ведущей роли биохимических адаптации в регулировании зави-симости магнезиальности раковин от температуры среды обитания моллюсков заставляет отка-заться от расчетов точных значений палеотемператур по кальций-магниевому отношению, но дает основание для надежных качественных оценок.
