РИСК-АНАЛИЗ И ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ АВАРИЙНЫХ СИТУАЦИЙ, СВЯЗАННЫХ СО ВЗРЫВОМ МЕТАНА И УГОЛЬНОЙ ПЫЛИ В ШАХТАХ

Abstract

Для угольной промышленности России вопросы разработки риск-анализа аварийных ситуаций, вызываемых взрывом метана и угольной пыли в шахтах, являются чрезвычайно актуальными. Технико-экономические исследования позволили предложить для классификационной оценки чрезвычайной ситуации коэффициент тяжести последствий аварий, учитывающий объем распространения взрыва, экономический ущерб от уничтожения основных фондов и потери добычи, а также тяжесть травматизма рабочего персонала.

For the coal mining industry in Russia the matters concerning the making of risk-analyses of emergency situations induced by explosions of methane and coal dust, appear to be extremely actual. The carried-out technical and economical investigations allowed to suggest for the classification assessment of emergency situations the severity coefficient of emergency examination accounting the volume of propagation, explosion, economical damage from destroying the basic funds of industry and mining losses as well as the disabling injuaries of miners.
