dc.description.abstract Methods are proposed for the processing, comprehensive analysis and interpretation of monitoring geophysical observations. The methods were tested on the basis of information from comprehensive geophysical studies conducted between 1992 and 1997 over the Transcarpathian geodynamic test range. A statistical model of variations with time, energy and number was constructed for Transcarpathian earthquakes based on comprehensive geophysical studies conducted between 1992 and 1996. Tests of the model using 1997 data have shown close correlation between the calculated and observed seismic energy flow.
