The main concepts of the method of linear integral presentations that were suggested by this author in the mid-1990s are described in Part 1. However, at that time, and even in 1999-2001, the author did not notice a basically important possibility that should significantly influence the content of a whole section of computational mathematics. This paper is dedicated to the description of this possibility.
