Sulfide copper-nickel deposits in differentiated ultrabasic and basic rocks are the most important sources of gold and silver. Slope deposits have been detected. They are new and non-traditional ore deposits. Concentration of noble metals in them has been described. Studying the mechanism of concentration of gold and silver is important aspect of industrial evaluation of deposit. According to localization of sulfide mineralization, endocontact and exocontact ore are separated. Concentration of noble metals in them is increased in direction of gently dipping contact from sides of magma and enclosing rocks. Concentration of the metals in sand-clay substrate has been noted. Regularities in variation of the concentration have been found.
