We have identified for the first time a specific sign of the existence of a definite 'biolithogenic character' of the material of bauxite, which allows realistic study and genetic testing of the different stages in the formation and accumulation of bauxite, not only by obtaining direct information from the patterns of occurrence and finds of the chemical elements usually studied in them, but also by the new 'organogeochemical' association of Corg, K, S and P newly identified for bauxite.
