In the report, role and successive change of accretion and collision situations (A and C) in formation of structure and tectonic history of South-East Sakhalin has been shown with the use of real informational materials. Tectonic zoning of South-East Sakhalin has been performed on basis of terrain analysis. Formation of structure is conditioned by accretion and collision processes changed in space and time and creating the complex ensemble of terrains with polygeodynamic nature. In A and C structures, phenomena of tectonic layering have clearly been expressed. The phenomena are displayed both in surfacial and deep levels.
