PERSPECTIVES OF THE APPLICATION OF EPR AND 1H NMR SPECTROSCOPY TO GEOLOGICAL AND GEOCHEMICAL PROBLEMS

Abstract

The paper addresses some methodical aspects of the application of EPR and 1H NMR methods to oil systems. These techniques are also important for the investigation of solid components, caustobioliths, and especially rocks bearing indicators of oil systems. The main characteristics of the colloid structure of oil systems are considered. They also play a key role in the investigation of solid materials from country rocks and producing formations.
