NEW PERMIAN CHONETIDS (BRACHIOPODS) FROM MONGOLIA

Abstract

New chonetid genera and species, Binderochonetes manankovi (subfamily Striochonetinae of the family Rugosochonetidae) from the Tatarian Stage of the Upper Permian of northeastern Mongolia and Adatsagochonetes mongolicus (subfamily Tornquistiinae of the family Anopliidae) from the Artinskian Stage of the Lower Permian of Central Mongolia, are established.
