Our data on aqueous extracts from inclusions opened by griding were obtained by the Moskalyuk method. We studied near-surface occurrences of cassiterite-silicate ore; associated with volcanoplutonic complexes in the Krest Bay district at Erutta, Amgen', El'maun and Stoybishchnoye. In the ore fields in volcanic rocks, areal metasomatic alteration, expressed chiefly as propylites, is widespread. There are local linear zones of fully developed barren quartz or slightly mineralized quartz-sericite, quartz-sulfide, quartz-chlorite and quartz-tourmaline metasomatites. There are tin-ore bodies in some of these zones.
