ON THE POSSIBLE PRéDATION OF NONMARINE GASTROPODS

Abstract

The investigation of boring patterns made by modern nonmarine Puerto Rican neritids suggests that the capability of prédation and boring may have evolved in extant and fossil brackish-water representatives of Theodoxus from the Euxino-Caspian region.
