The developed concept of spontaneous structure formation and classification of structures formed on DME (digital matrix of events) objects is described. The suggested method (alternative to traditional structure-formation methods) creates non-contradictory unique (the only possible) structure on DME objects with geophysical parameter observation data for the investigated natural complex. The correspondent structure formation technology (concept, algorithm, computer program) is based on the array of not intersecting stable multidimensional homogeneities, which represent the adequate extrapolation (forecast) domains for their forming objects. The method application is illustrated on example of RE mineralization search according to the data of complex geophysical mapping for one of south Tian-Sian regions.
