The Devonian of Belarus has been reviewed. Strata belong to the lower Lochkovian, upper Emsian, and Eifelian through Famennian. Palaeontological data come from palynomorphs, conodonts, ostracodes, brachiopods and fish remains. A section in the Pripyat Trough may be useful for intra-Devonian correlations with other areas in Europe.
