COMPUTER-AIDED TECHNOLOGY FOR SELECTING THE PARAMETERS OF OPEN PIT AND INTERNAL DUMP

Abstract

Process of mining the inclined deposits has been considered. Mathematical model of the process has been developed. Conditions of open pit at the deposit have been discussed. Algorithm of determining the blocks of open pit, rational conditions of its operation, height and construction of dump has been offered. Evaluation of parameters of the dump on configuration of the open pit and distance of overburden rock transportation has been performed. Computer-aided technology for selecting the parameters of the open pit has been offered.
