CONTROLLED PNEUMATIC PUNCH MACHINE

Abstract

New controlled pneumatic punch machine has been developed. Design of production prototype of the punch machine has been described. It has been tested under field conditions. Results of the tests have been presented. Efficient location of sensor of the machine position in soil makes it possible to easily transport the pneumatic punch and to perform easy repair and maintenance of the punch. However, determined location of the sensor leads to difficulties in reversing the direction of the pneumatic punch movement. Modern system of detecting the pneumatic punch has been created, and accurate determination of the pneumatic punch position is provided.
