The geoelectrical structure of the Earth's mantle is estimated to a depth of 1000 km on the basis of comprehensive use of data from magnetovariation sounding (obtained at the Ukrainian geomagnetic observatories in Korets and Yastrebovka) and from magnetotelluric sounding (in the areas around the above observatories). Geoelectrical parameters were estimated, using ID flat and spherical models to 50 km depths. The results for the western part of the Ukrainian Shield (Korets) confirmed the data obtained earlier for the NE part of the UkS (Kiev). Electrical conductivity of the Crimean mantle (Yastrebovka) was measured for the first time. A considerable difference between geological parameters of Crimea and the UkS is demonstrated.
