STABILITY ESTIMATION OF UNDERGROUND STRUCTURES IN THE ROCKS WITH ORIENTED CRACKS

Abstract

The strength criterion of rock massifs with several cracks systems is suggested. The effective stresses are calculated as dependences on the loading form and compared with the strength limits with respect to one-axis compression or tension. The stability of rocks with crack systems of different orientation about a single working is estimated.
