Abstract

Разработаны и внедрены методы рафинирования теллура технической чистоты. Благодаря применению окислительной плавки и дистилляции получены промышленные партии теллура, в которых содержание гостируемых примесей отвечает полупроводниковым маркам.The methods of refining a tellurium of technical purity designed and introduced were worked out and applied. Due to usage of the oxidation melt and distillations were obtained industrial amounts of tellurium, whose content of standardized admixtures comply with semiconductor brands.
