SELECTIVE FLOTATION OF GOLD-CONTAINING ORE

Abstract

Processes of treatment of copper pyrite ores have been considered. The difficult-to-concentrate ores are widely utilized for producing the non-ferrous and noble metals. Particularities in concentration of the ores have been discussed. Experimental investigations of influence of the grounding degree of the ores and reagent conditions on selective flotation of copper pyrite ores have been performed. Results of the investigations have been presented. Adsorption of butyl xanthogenate on surface of copper minerals in alkaline and acidic media has been considered. Flotation properties of various mineral have been discussed.
