Comparative characteristic of spore-pollen assemblages from the Son'e (late Eocene), Bui, Svetlovodnaya (late Eocene-early Oligocene), Amgu (late Oligocene-early Miocene), Dembi, Velikaya Kema (late early Miocene-earliest middle Miocene), and Botchi (latest middle Miocene-late Miocene-late Miocene) floral localities in the Eastern Sikhote Alin' are presented. It is shown that assemblages of micro- and macroflora are substantially similar at the generic and family levels. They usually include the following genera in common: Ginkgo, Pinus, Picea, Tsuga, Sciadopitys, Thuja, Alnus, Betula, Carpinus, Ostrya, Carya, Fagus, Quercus, Acer, and Rhus. Differences between assemblages in composition and abundance of taxa are determined by biological peculiarities of plants, fossilization mode of micro- and macrofloras, geographical position of particular areas, conditions of lithogenesis, and genesis of assemblages; in addition, morphology of some spore and pollen species is insufficiently known.
