The combined analysis of the changes in the geomagnetic inversion frequency, in the changes of the 87 Sr/ 86 Sr values in the marine carbonate sediments and in the migration rate of the East European continent in the Paleozoic time proved the existence of correlation between them, caused by the unique evolution process with a period of about 100 million years. The periods of the intensification of the tectonic and igneous activity at the Earth surface during the Paleozoic, which increased the migration rate of the continental plates and lowered the 87 Sr/ 86 Sr in the marine carbonate sediments, were preceded by the periods of the quiet geomagnetic field, when its inversions were rare or absent during a time period of 40-60 million years. The delay time of the peaks, calculated as a function of the plate motion velocity and the 87 Sr/ 86 Sr value, corresponding to the intensification of the tectonic and magmatic activity, relative to the midpoints of the periods of the quiet geomagnetic field, was found to be about 28 million years, which seems to correlate with the rate of the energy transfer from the core-mantle boundary to the Earth surface, equal to 10 cm year -1.
