A NEW GENUS FLOWERINA (CEPHALOPODA, PALLIOCERIDA)

Abstract

A new genus Flowerina with the type species Leurocycloceras bucheri Flower, 1941 is described. A shell from the Wenlock of Podolia, previously published as L. bucheri, is reexamined using SEM and reassigned to a new species F. shimanskyi.
