On basis of analysis of complex geological-geophysical information, the most characteristic aspects of tectonic-geodynamic transformations of Arctic region periphery at evolution stage of North Eurasia have been considered. Time between Paleozoic and Mesozoic periods has been discussed. During Late Permian and Early Triassic periods, the main processes of accretion were completed. At the same geological time, decomposition of newly formed Pangea began. In Late Triassic and early Jurassic periods, the last phase of formation of Paichoic-New-Land fold system occurred. Then, transition to Jurassic-Cretaceous period Amerasia generation of young Ocean formation in Arctic region began.
