ВКЛЮЧЕНИЯ МЕТАЛЛА-РАСТВОРИТЕЛЯ И ОКРАСКА В БОРСОДЕРЖАЩИХ МОНОКРИСТАЛЛАХ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО АЛМАЗА

Abstract

Diamond monocrystals of type lib on physical classification in weight from 0.1 up to 2 carat cube-octahedral habit with minor faces {110}, {311}, {511} are grown up. Crystals had various shades of blue and dark blue color depending on quantities В in system. Characteristic feature of the given diamonds was sectorial structure, expressed in non-uniform distribution of color. Following types of metal inclusions in crystals have been found out: faceted isometric, lamellar, extended inclusions, not faceted inclusions, inclusions of wrong or drop similar forms, microinclusions. These inclusions correspond to chemical composition of metal-solvent.
