Three dicynodonls belonging lo two new genera of the family Dicynodontidae, Delectosaunis arefjevi gen. et sp. nov. from the Voskresenskoe-2B locality (Nizhni Novgorod Region, Upper Permian), D. berezhanensis gen. et sp. nov. from the Berezhane locality (Kirov Region, Upper Permian), and Interpresosaunis bloml gen. et sp. nov. from the Voskresenskoe-2A locality (Nizhni Novgorod Region, Upper Permian) are described. Questions relating to the significance of certain characters of the skull morphology for the taxonomy of the family Dicynodontidae are considered. The main evolutionary lineages of high-skulled dicynodonts from Eastern Europe are distinguished.
