RHYODACITE ASSOCIATION FROM SOUTHEASTERN KAMCHATKA

Abstract

This paper describes the Karymshina Complex of the volcanic rocks of a rhyolite - dacite association. The composition of the complex and its structural setting are discussed. Based on plant imprints in its tuff and thirteen K-Ar age determinations, the complex is dated Pliocene-early Pleistocene.
